"If I could cry in writing I would! (In a good way though lol.) As a single woman doing this thing called life on her own it can often times be difficult to find spaces where you feel taken care of and not taken advantage of. Dan was an exceptional agent that guided me through the process of home & auto. He was so professional and patient while I sat and calculated things on my end in comparing my current company. "I’m from out of town and I’m starting a new job in the area in a couple months. I will be renting an apartment and I will be needing renters insurance. I stopped by the State Farm right off the highway, super convenient btw, great locale. Super great staff. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful with all my questions regarding renters insurance and the other team members passed by to say hello. Made you feel very welcome. I’ll definitely keep Yall in mind during my search for renters insurance. I hope to be back in the not so distant future."

"Sat almost 1.5 hrs going over what we needed for insurance. Sewer line to street, water back up, hidden water damage, and many others. Water damage was discovered in an encapsulated space in the house that was impossible to be found unless the house was disassembles in some fashion. I called to file a claim. Dan stated Immediately, "you are on your own, we don't cover water damage or rot.". After communicating with State farm headquarters, they denied the claim...paid nothing and still placed a claim on my record that makes our premiums much higher. This is unethical and should be illegal."

"I’ve been with Jack Martin for about 15 years now. Back in 22 I had a car that I called in and put storage on the car. Couple months later I get my bill for the price of full coverage. No big deal hey I’ve been with them for so long. Then end of December I call and put my car on storage for the winter. Just got a bill for full coverage again! Tried to call the office and kept getting “Jack is in a meeting”. Called to have my policy’s switched over to another agent but told the lady on the phone I wanted to talk to Jack first. That was at 9:45. I receive a call from the office at 3pm that Jack is still in meetings and we already transferred your stuff over to the new office. Mentioned that I specifically asked to speak with him before transferring my stuff and clearly they did not listen. Do not waist your time with this agent as he does not care about customer service. And according to Jack it’s my job to follow up and double check HIS EMPLOYEES WORK to make sure they did it correctly."

"State Farm as a whole is just the best. I had a policy with American family for 13 days that’s it. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. These guys picked up on the first ring and duplicated my previous policy for a third of the price. I needed to change the effective date on my policy and manager Dan called me back personally to make sure it was done properly. You guys got yourself a customer for life, I’m SO impressed."

"I have been with State Farm for over 30 years. The staff is especially knowledgeable in all facets of my insurance needs. Especially Melissa. "I've been with Jack's team for many years, but unfortunately, due to very poor communication and effort on their part, I am exploring switching my plan to a team who may be helpful and prioritize customer service. About one year ago, our rates increased. When I emailed to inquire about why, I was told that the agent would reach out to me. I even had a call set up for a specific time, which I worked my work schedule around. Nobody ever called. Since this was the first issue I had with them, I decided to let it slide. Last week. I received another notice that my rates were going up. I again reached out. I was promised to receive a call last week. I never received one. I sent another email this week expressing my disappointment in their customer service. I never received a reply. When I was purchasing additional homeowner's insurance with them, it's funny how quick they were to reply. However, since I've had questions, they've showed no interest in helping, so I'll be looking elsewhere."
