"I’ve been with Jack Martin for about 15 years now. Back in 22 I had a car that I called in and put storage on the car. Couple months later I get my bill for the price of full coverage. No big deal hey I’ve been with them for so long. Then end of December I call and put my car on storage for the winter. Just got a bill for full coverage again! Tried to call the office and kept getting “Jack is in a meeting”. Called to have my policy’s switched over to another agent but told the lady on the phone I wanted to talk to Jack first. That was at 9:45. I receive a call from the office at 3pm that Jack is still in meetings and we already transferred your stuff over to the new office. Mentioned that I specifically asked to speak with him before transferring my stuff and clearly they did not listen. Do not waist your time with this agent as he does not care about customer service. And according to Jack it’s my job to follow up and double check HIS EMPLOYEES WORK to make sure they did it correctly."

"State Farm as a whole is just the best. I had a policy with American family for 13 days that’s it. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. These guys picked up on the first ring and duplicated my previous policy for a third of the price. I needed to change the effective date on my policy and manager Dan called me back personally to make sure it was done properly. You guys got yourself a customer for life, I’m SO impressed."

"I've been with Jack's team for many years, but unfortunately, due to very poor communication and effort on their part, I am exploring switching my plan to a team who may be helpful and prioritize customer service. About one year ago, our rates increased. When I emailed to inquire about why, I was told that the agent would reach out to me. I even had a call set up for a specific time, which I worked my work schedule around. Nobody ever called. Since this was the first issue I had with them, I decided to let it slide. Last week. I received another notice that my rates were going up. I again reached out. I was promised to receive a call last week. I never received one. I sent another email this week expressing my disappointment in their customer service. I never received a reply. When I was purchasing additional homeowner's insurance with them, it's funny how quick they were to reply. However, since I've had questions, they've showed no interest in helping, so I'll be looking elsewhere."

"Magnificent agent Mr. Jack Martin and Mr. DANIEL CONSTABILEO the office manager. State Farm's user interface to initiate the process was a piece of cake. Total time spent with Jack and Dan for Home and Autos was less than half an hour!!! I had tried numerous other insurance companies and none came even close. These other companies' agents and customer service teams were unfriendly, inept and kept transferring me to someone else when I was trying to receive the multi policy discounts, among other items. Additionally, their rates were through the roof when compared to State Farm's. Overall, Jack and Dan were truly awesome and easily deserve a 5-star rating. In my 40+ years of dealing with insurance companies, this was my most enjoyable experience, by far."

"As a new State Farm customer, I was welcomed by a friendly, highly knowledgeable, and professional named Dan. Dan walked me through the process of getting my insurance switched over and provided me additional options, that I actually wanted, but wasn't aware of them until Dan explained them thoroughly. I'm happy with my new State Farm agent Dan. Thank you for your high level of customer support and your overall positive demeanor. By the way, this interaction occurred over the telephone - which adds a 6th start to my review - if it was possible."
